Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct

Terms of Use and Rules of Conduct for the NET Sports Hall:

  • Most of the rooms in the building are primarily intended for sports activities.
  • All equipment must be returned to its proper place after use.
  • Sports fields must be cleaned up and maintained after use.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately to the NET Sports Hall staff.
  • Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are prohibited from entering the sports center.
  • The consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited in gyms.
  • Visitors to the NET Sports Hall can enjoy a variety of sports activities based on their reservations.
  • Reservations (whether made online or in person) are always documented.
  • Payment for all reservations at NET Sports Hall must be made in advance.
  • Purchased products and services cannot be returned.
  • Reservations can be changed up to 24 hours before the event. Confirmed reservations cannot be canceled.
  • Reservations can be changed to the same sports field within the same price zone. If you switch to a more expensive time slot, you must pay the difference. If you switch to a less expensive price zone, no refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Use of the premises, equipment, and supplies is at your own risk.
  • Parents are responsible for their minor children.
  • When renting equipment, the administrator may ask for a form of identification as a security deposit.
  • A €30 fine will be charged for damage to rented equipment (severe scratches on the racket, breaking the racket).
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their own clothing and other belongings.
  • All found items must be turned in to the administration immediately.
  • We ask all visitors to the building to familiarize themselves with the evacuation plans.
  • Compliance with the NET Sports Hall’s rules and regulations and staff instructions is mandatory for customers and visitors.
  • NET Sports Hall is a shoe-free facility. Please change out of your outdoor shoes in the designated area and, if possible, use special indoor shoes for your workout.
  • Appropriate clothing must be worn during indoor workouts (working out with a bare upper body is prohibited).
  • Use training equipment responsibly and adjust it according to the prescribed guidelines.
  • Always put the weights and equipment you've used back where they belong.
  • Use a workout towel and clean the equipment after use.
  • Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym without an adult accompanying them.
  • Please use the saunas and shower rooms responsibly.
  • To keep your clothes and personal belongings safe, please bring your own padlock (padlocks are available for purchase at the administration office).
  • Please be considerate of other customers who are visiting the gym at the same time.
  • A video surveillance system has been installed on the property of Netsport OÜ to ensure the safety of all visitors, the building, assets, digital and physical information, and administrative and maintenance staff.
  • Any person or organization that violates the rules of the NET Sports Hall or fails to follow staff instructions or recommendations may be asked to leave the premises.
  • NET Spordihallis oma teenuse pakkumine lubatud üksnes kokkuleppel NetSport OÜ-ga.
  • Kodukorra reegleid, juhiseid ja töötajate soovitusi rikkuv isik või organisatsioon võidakse keelata NetSport OÜ kinnistule sisenemast kehtestatud aja jooksul.
  • In addition to the general rules of conduct, additional guidelines apply in various gyms and facilities.
  • We ask our customers to be understanding and to follow the rules so that we can avoid any awkward situations.
  • Snabb, not NET Spordihall, is responsible for parking. Parking is free for the first 3 hours; after that, you must pay for parking. More detailed information is posted on signs in the parking lot.
