Group Trainings
At NET Sports Hall, those who enjoy more than just racket and ball sports can also find suitable training options in the gym on the third floor or in the studio. Relaxing yoga classes are held in the studio, while general physical conditioning (GPP) training takes place in the gym.
The studio and gym can also be rented for conducting your own training sessions. Participation in training sessions is based on a training pass, which you can purchase here.
For first-time visitors, we also offer a trial pass for €5 per training session.
Yoga
In our cozy studio, you can start your day with a relaxing yoga session every Friday at 9:00. Yoga classes are also held on Tuesdays at 17:30. Each session lasts 1 hour.
Yoga classes are led by Herle Laidvee. In her yoga sessions, Herle helps you leave everyday worries behind and find balance between body and mind through self-reflection. A strong emphasis is placed on breathing, as well as gradually developing depth and stability in yoga poses.
GPP
A general physical conditioning (GPP) training focused primarily on developing strength. Training is done both using your own body weight and gym equipment.
GPP sessions take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:30.
General physical conditioning (GPP) training sessions are led by Krete Kalmus / Tauri Kaasik. GPP helps improve physical fitness and keeps you in the best shape for everyday activities. Whether you are practicing a sport, working at a desk without back pain, or spending long hours on your feet, GPP training is beneficial for everyone.
Shindo
Shindo combines a special therapeutic massage with stretching and relaxation exercises. Shindo® was created by Japanese practitioner Kazuko Kuratomi. The class begins with a short meditation, followed by the main practice, and ends with a 15-minute sound journey. The exercises help you develop a better connection with yourself, using breathing techniques and self-massage for conscious relaxation. All movements are performed at a slow pace, supported by instructor-guided massage, with calm background music. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and toe socks are recommended. Shindo training sessions are held in course format, with each course focusing on selected series of exercises.

Mini Group Training
Mini group training is a special additional workout designed for ball sports groups (4–8 people). The training focuses on developing the body as a whole through various exercises and equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises, jumps, and running. This training is suitable for those who prefer to work out in a smaller group while still receiving a more personal approach.
Contact us and we will arrange a training time that suits your group! The price of one mini group training session is €60.
