Gym
Introduction
To support your sport-specific training with strength training, we have created a versatile gym on the 3rd floor of NET Sports Hall. The gym is equipped with Technogym machines and free weights, and for bodyweight training there are plenty of options such as rig stations and wall bars. For sport-specific workouts, there is also a wide range of small equipment (resistance bands, medicine balls, boxes, etc.).
At NET Sports Hall, it is possible to train with a personal trainer. Our versatile training facilities allow for personal training sessions tailored to a wide range of needs.
Whether your goal is strength training, general physical preparation for competition, improving your fitness for sand sports, or developing skills for climbing, a personalized approach is the most effective way forward and will help you reach your goals.
The gym can be used before or after your net/racket/ball training (included in the booking price), or by purchasing a separate access pass here. If you are looking for guidance for strength training, please see our personal trainers below.
When using the gym, you must comply with the NET Sports Hall rules.









Rules
- Independent training is prohibited for persons under the age of 16, except with the consent of a coach and/or parent.
- Please always return used equipment to its proper place and keep training equipment clean. We recommend using a training towel.
- Make sure you use equipment and machines correctly, with proper technique and awareness.
- Use training equipment responsibly and adjust it according to the prescribed guidelines.
- Use of machines and equipment is at your own risk.
- If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact a coach or NET Sports Hall staff.

I am a personal trainer with a EuropeActive EQF Level 4 certification and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. My diverse practical experience in training and rehabilitation has given me in-depth knowledge and skills to create personalized training plans that take into account your goals and health condition.

Andre Machado
I have studied Sport Sciences at the University of Évora in Portugal and the University of Tartu. My areas of expertise are football and personal training, and I have over 10 years of experience in the field.
I work with youth football and have also supported athletes from various other sports with general physical preparation, including swimming, cycling, and triathlon.

Youth Gym Trainings
We will start strength training sessions specifically designed for youth aged 12–15 on February 5th, 2026. The training takes place once a week on Thursdays at 4:00 PM in the gym on the 3rd floor of NET Sports Hall.
