Boxing

Introduction

Boxing is a versatile sport that offers both physical and mental challenges. It trains the entire body and helps develop strength, speed, agility, and coordination. In addition to physical training, boxing also builds confidence and teaches self-defence skills. Boxing is a strategic sport that requires a strong focus on tactics and anticipating an opponent’s movements. Boxing requires a high level of discipline and focus, the development of which is beneficial in many other areas of life as well. Since boxing is an individual sport, everyone can train according to their own level and abilities.

MTÜ Tartu Poksiklubi was founded and operates at NET Sports Hall since autumn 2024. We welcome all young people and adults interested in boxing, both recreational and competitive athletes. No prior experience in the sport is required. We will find a suitable group for everyone. Come and find a new great group of friends and a new hobby!
