Relaxing yoga classes are held in the studio, while general physical conditioning (GPP) training takes place in the gym.<br>The studio and gym can also be rented for conducting your own training sessions. GPP helps improve physical fitness and keeps you in the best shape for everyday activities. Shindo\u00ae was created by Japanese practitioner Kazuko Kuratomi. The class begins with a short meditation, followed by the main practice, and ends with a 15-minute sound journey. The exercises help you develop a better connection with yourself, using breathing techniques and self-massage for conscious relaxation. All movements are performed at a slow pace, supported by instructor-guided massage, with calm background music. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and toe socks are recommended.
